  • Once we receive your application we can process the application within 1-3 business days! We ensure a quick turnaround to best serve you.

  • Yes! However, we do have a pet policy with certain weight and breed restrictions. We may require a pet interview before final approval but we love our four-legged tenants!

  • After you are approved we will ask for a deposit to take the unit off the market. This means no one else can get the unit and it is therefore reserved for you and no longer advertised.

  • Yes! Your security deposit is refundable less a standard cleaning fee. Should there be excessive wear or tear or any damages those costs would come out of the deposit. On the fifteenth of the month following your move-out, you will be issued a check and full disposition of the deposit.

  • All of our leases are 12-month leases.

  • Rent is accepted in the office by cashier’s check, cash or money order or through the US Postal service by money order or check. After signing the lease we do offer the option of setting up payments through our online portal.

  • Breaking a lease can have serious consequences. If you decide to break your lease you will be responsible for the remainder of the payments on your lease agreement until we are able to lease it or until the end of your lease, whichever comes first.

  • For the majority of our properties the utilities are the responsibility of the tenant along with any internet/cable you might choose.

  • All properties come unfurnished, which leaves you with a blank canvas to make the property feel like home in this season!

  • No, we operate on a first come, first serve basis. The market and our inventory is ever changing so this helps us serve you the best!

  • We pride ourselves on keeping our units in excellent working order but things do happen. We have a full maintenance staff available and non-emergency issues can usually be taken care of within 24 hours. Should there be an after-hours or weekend emergency we have someone on call around the clock.
